LOL It's actually smaller in person I kept having to drive closer and closer to try and take a picture because it looked to small until I realized I was like 5 feet from the bumper.

I used to drive one of these for work! 3 speed manual, governor on it with a 18mph max. Honestly the most fun vehicle on our fleet to drive.

Wikipedia has pretty much nothing on this. I'm guessing from looking at it that its some sort of American take on those little Daihatsu Hijet, Suzuki SuperCarry, etc.? Is it based on something?

This one was capable of about 33mph in a 35mph zone. I was really suprised to see it was actually able to be registered.

Ours were registered, as it was a state entity. No idea they could go that fast, especially w/ only a 3 speed. The chance of tipping over on those was really high.
